Location
This Fall Mini Sessions takes place at Ping Tom Memorial Park—a stunning photography location along the South Branch of the Chicago River. Once a railroad yard, this 17.44-acre site has been transformed into a picturesque green space, featuring impressive river views. Enjoy the children’s playground, community gathering areas, and beautiful Chinese landscape design elements. Capture cherished memories in this enchanting oasis.
Editing Time
🎨 Editing time is 2-3 weeks, and trust us, the wait will be worth it!! 🌟
Rain Date Policy
☔ RAIN DATE (OUTDOOR SESSIONS): We’ve got a backup plan! If a raindate is set for this event, it is listed in the description (next to the original date). Make sure you’re available just in case. 🌧️ While the booking fee is non-refundable, it’s transferable to another person if you can’t make it. We’re flexible like that! Rescheduling and relocating are possible if it’s raining or over 90 degrees during those times of the day. But, remember, we won’t move individual sessions – gotta keep things organized!
💡 IF IT RAINS ON THE RAINDATE, no worries! We’ll bring the fun indoors at our studio: 6241 N Clark, Chicago, IL 60660. Rain can’t stop us from capturing amazing moments!
We’re keeping an eye on CDC guidelines. Safety’s our top priority, and if we have to make any changes, we’ll work it out together. If we need to reschedule and we do not find a time that works, don’t sweat it – your session fee becomes a credit for future fun with us.
Booking and Rescheduling
🎟️ Ticket sales are non-refundable, but hey, life happens! Under some circumstances, we can try to work out a reschedule or credit for a future session with at least 24 hours notice or a $50 RESCHEDULING FEE. We try to be as flexible as possible! You are also welcome to give your slot to a friend or family member.
Age Recommendation
👶 We recommend that your child is at least 6 months old, and they should be able to sit unsupported. We want to capture those adorable milestones! Kiddo not 6 months old? No worries! We just recommend that you bring a neutral colored blanket to lay your kiddo on and be ready to hold them for photos.
Photography Waiver
📝 By signing up for this mini session, you’re officially a part of our awesome adventure! You grant TK Photography the right to film, record, and photograph you and your family. We’re going to create some magical memories! These images may be used for advertising and display for TK Photography’s use.
