Refund and Returns Policy

We get it—life happens. To keep things smooth and stress-free, here is our refund policy for your photography sessions:

Non-Refundable Payments:
All payments are non-refundable because once we book you in, we start planning your perfect session!

Full Sessions, Newborn Sessions, Events & Weekday Flex Minis (basically anything that is not a mini session event or snapshot event):
Need to reschedule? No problem! Just give us a heads-up at least 2 hours before your session, and we’ll credit you for a future session—no questions asked!  Less than 2 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

Mini Session Events:
Got a conflict? If you let us know at least 48 hours in advance, you’ll get full credit for a future session. If you need to cancel within 2 hours of your session, we’ll still give you credit, but with a $50 rescheduling fee (because our photographers need their coffee fund).

Life Happens:
We totally understand that unexpected things pop up. We aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. We’re here to make sure your photography experience is as delightful and hassle-free as possible.
